目的:综合分析细胞角蛋白19与胰腺干细胞的关系。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline及Ovid2000-01/2006-05有关细胞角蛋白19与胰腺干细胞关系的文献,检索词“Cytokeratin,Pancreas,Stem cells,Marker,Differentiation”并限定文章语言种类为English。资料选择:对检索到的细胞角蛋白19与胰腺干细胞关系的相关信息进行整理,选取针对性强的文章,同一领域的文献则选择近期发表或权威杂志的文章。资料提炼:共检索到86篇相关文献,其中35篇文章符合要求,排除51篇。资料综合:胰腺干细胞具有多向分化功能,细胞角蛋白19在胰腺干细胞中有阳性表达,是胰腺干细胞的分子标志物,这对进一步了解胰腺干细胞的生物学特性,对胰腺干细胞的分离、纯化及转型定向分化为胰岛细胞具有重要意义,胰腺干细胞的移植为糖尿病的治疗开辟了道路。结论:胰腺干细胞在分化过程中有细胞角蛋白19表达,细胞角蛋白19是胰腺干细胞的标志物。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between cytokeratin 19 and pancreatic stem cells. References: Medline and Ovid2000-01 / 2006-05 Retrieved from “Cytokeratin, Pancreas, Stem Cells, Marker, Differentiation” in Cytokines 19 Related to Pancreatic Stem Cells . Data selection: Retrieve relevant information on the relationship between cytokeratin 19 and pancreatic stem cells, select articles with strong pertinence, and articles in the same field choose articles published recently or authoritatively. Data Extraction: A total of 86 related articles were retrieved, of which 35 articles met the requirements and 51 were excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS: Pancreatic stem cells have multidirectional differentiation function. Cytokeratin 19 is positively expressed in pancreatic stem cells. It is a molecular marker of pancreatic stem cells. It is important to further understand the biological characteristics of pancreatic stem cells, isolation and purification of pancreatic stem cells and Transforming into pancreatic islet cells is of great importance. Transplantation of pancreatic stem cells opens the way for the treatment of diabetes. Conclusion: The expression of cytokeratin 19 in pancreatic stem cells during the differentiation is the sign of cytokeratin 19 in pancreatic stem cells.
