对比研究石仙桃中不同结构的联苄和二氢菲类多酚的抗氧化活性。分别采用DPPH自由基清除试验、亚硝酸盐抑制模型、Fe~(2+)螯合能力和钼酸铵抗氧化模型对比测定前期从石仙桃中纯化的8种不同结构化合物抗氧化活性。结果表明,不同结构化合物显示有差异的抗氧化活性,并揭示一定的结构-活性关系。含潜在酚羟基数量多及邻位酚羟基的化合物自由基清除活性和抗氧化相对更强,而游离酚羟基则有利于金属离子螯合活性。
The anti-oxidative activities of bibenzyl and dihydro-phenanthroline polyphenols with different structures in Flos Buddy were compared. The antioxidant activity of eight different structural compounds purified from Amomum villosum were determined by DPPH free radical scavenging assay, nitrite inhibition model, Fe 2+ chelating ability and ammonium molybdate oxidation model respectively. The results showed that different structural compounds showed different antioxidant activities and revealed some structure-activity relationship. Compounds containing more phenolic hydroxyl groups and ortho-phenolic hydroxyl groups exhibited stronger free radical scavenging activity and antioxidant activity, while free phenolic hydroxyl groups favored metal ion chelating activity.
