In the teaching of particle mechanics, this type of example is usually used. For example, a block slides from a smooth slope with an inclination of 30°C from the standstill, and reaches the bottom of the slope in 2 seconds, and continues to move along a horizontal plate. The sliding friction coefficient with the horizontal plate is 0.5. Try to find the distance that the block advances on the horizontal plate. When solving a problem, there are two different understandings of the speed at which a block enters a horizontal plate, and two different results are obtained. Concentration of different problem sets, each written according to their own understanding, students have asked questions, teachers often confuse. One view is that the block is uniformly accelerated on the AB section.
