采用连续拉深模设计技术是实现自动化生产的一种行之有效的加工方法,可以极大地提高制件精度和生产率。通过对电机盖的结构特点及冲压工艺特性进行分析,论述了在连续拉深模中的三种载体结构特点,三种载体结构为:(1)无工艺切口整料拉深;(2)带半双月形切口拉深;(3)带工艺伸缩带切口拉深。最终选择双侧载体的带工艺伸缩带切口拉深作为载体结构,并进行排样设计和模具结构设计。采用所设计的模具结构,结合滚动式自动送料机构进行电机盖的自动化冲压成形实验,实验结果表明,采用该自动化生产线所生产的电机盖冲压件的质量合格,满足设计要求。
The use of continuous drawing die design technology is an effective method to achieve automated production, which can greatly improve the accuracy and productivity of parts. By analyzing the structural characteristics of the motor cover and the characteristics of the stamping process, the characteristics of three kinds of carriers in continuous drawing die are discussed. The three kinds of carrier structure are as follows: (1) Semi-bisexual incision depth; (3) with the process of stretching with a notch. Finally select the double-carrier with the process of stretching with notch incision as a carrier structure, and the layout design and mold structure design. The design of the die structure, combined with rolling automatic feeding mechanism of the motor cover of the automated stamping experiment, the experimental results show that using the automated production line stamping parts of the motor cover qualified to meet the design requirements.
