我国高中教育最大的问题不仅是负担重,而且在于标准化。目前,我国素质教育仍然没有尽到对学生核心素质高度关注的责任。素质教育的核心素质应该包括:理想、责任、性格、习惯、审美等。从普通高中培养人才的角度看,政策支撑、管理环境、课程、教学方式、教师、社会支持系统等也都是实现素质教育的重要因素。创新人才培养需要重视土壤和文化的建设,需要内驱力与外部环境的融合。
The problem of our country’s high school education is not only the heavy burden, but also the standardization. At present, the quality education in our country still fails to fulfill the responsibility that is highly concerned about the core quality of students. The core quality of quality education should include: ideal, responsibility, character, habits, aesthetic and so on. From the perspective of cultivating talents in ordinary senior high schools, policy support, management environment, curriculum, teaching methods, teachers and social support systems are all important factors for achieving quality education. The cultivation of innovative talents needs to attach importance to the construction of soil and culture, and requires the integration of internal drive and external environment.
