一个人能不能健康长寿,15%取决于遗传,10%取决于社会条件,8%取决于医疗条件,7%取决于自然环境,60%取决于生活方式菜里减盐远离慢性病据中国营养学会调查,我国人均盐耗量居世界第一!北方居民每人每天摄入15~18克,南方居民10~12克如果每人每天盐摄入过少,会导致低纳血症,使人出现全身无力、恶心呕吐、心律紊乱等病状。但目前我国居民普遍存在的问题不是盐摄入过少,而是盐摄入过量。由于人们现在每天吃的菜,无论在品种还是数量上都比以前有了明显增加,所以即使菜不咸,进入我们体内的盐也就在不经意中增加了。随之而来的是——
