为研究聚丙烯酰胺与羟乙基纤维素对砂浆性能的影响,对其工作性和强度进行了测试,并采用SEM对微观改性机理进行了分析。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺使砂浆保水性稍有提高,稠度降低,掺量为0.2%时,保水率为91.5%,稠度降幅达74%;抗压强度和抗折强度增大,却使折压比和粘结强度略有降低;羟乙基纤维素使砂浆保水率均在95%以上;当掺量为0.15%时,稠度增大;砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度有不同程度的降低,但却使砂浆的折压比和粘结强度有一定的提高,对砂浆的改性效果要优于聚丙烯酰胺;SEM测试发现聚丙烯酰胺和羟乙基纤维素提高了整体结构的致密性,优化了砂浆的微观结构,从而改善了砂浆的宏观性能。
In order to study the influence of polyacrylamide and hydroxyethylcellulose on the properties of mortar, the workability and strength of polyacrylamide and hydroxyethyl cellulose were tested. The microscopic modification mechanism was analyzed by SEM. The results showed that the polyacrylamide slightly increased the water retention of mortar and reduced the consistency. When the content was 0.2%, the water retention was 91.5% and the consistency decreased by 74%. The SEM test shows that the polyacrylamide and the hydroxyethylcellulose improve the compactness of the whole structure, The microstructure of the mortar is optimized to improve the macroscopic properties of the mortar.
