The structural characteristics of an oil storage cylinder were analyzed. The most critical point was the formulation of the bulging part of the process scheme. According to the requirements of its output, a manufacturing process scheme of the bulge forming of the finish rolling was developed. The key parameters of bulging process are calculated, and a simple and practical bulge forming mold is designed according to the calculation results.
