报告了1992年对我国八个地区1243例性病患者和1292名健康人进行人(?)支原体(Mh)、解脲支原体(Uu)和沙眼衣原体(Ct)抗体检测结果。研究表明,性病患者中 Uu 抗体阳性率最高(27.07%)、Ct 次之(23.33%)、Mh 最低(10.06%)。病人的 Mh、Uu 和 Ct 抗体水平显著高于健康人(P<0.05)。病人感染支原体在性别、年龄上没有明显差异(P>0.05)。性病患者经常合并感染 Uu 和 Ct。研究提示,我国广大地区有支原体性病和衣原体性病的存在,这是新的发现。
Reported on the detection of M. hominis (Mh), Uu (Uu) and C. trachomatis (Ct) antibodies in 1243 STD patients and 1292 healthy people in eight regions of China in 1992. The results showed that the positive rate of Uu antibody in STD patients was the highest (27.07%), followed by Ct (23.33%) and lowest in Mh (10.06%). Patients with Mh, Uu and Ct antibody levels were significantly higher than healthy people (P <0.05). Mycoplasma infection in patients with gender, age, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Patients with STDs are often co-infected with Uu and Ct. Research suggests that mycoplasma and Chlamydia venereal diseases exist in vast areas of our country, which is a new discovery.
