“半轴”是汽车传动系中的重要零件。它与驱动桥车轮紧紧相连。因其工作载荷较大,所以在机械加工之后,一般都要进行强化处理。而强化工艺的好坏,又将直接影响到半轴的强度、尺寸和使用寿命。据不完全统计,自1971年以来,在常见车型中相继出现了黄河JN150(载重8吨)、北京BJ130(载重2吨)、北京BK560(大型无轨电车)等半轴大批早期损坏现象。为此,我们对国产12种车型的半轴进行了使用情况调查(见表1)。从中发现半轴早期损坏失效的原因主要是强化工艺不当,以致半轴的强度潜力未能充分发挥的结果。
“Half-axle” is an important part of the car driveline. It is tightly connected with the axle of the drive axle. Because of its larger work load, so after machining, generally have to be strengthened. The strengthening process is good or bad, but also a direct impact on the strength of the axle, size and service life. According to incomplete statistics, since 1971, a large number of half-shaft large numbers of early damage such as the Yellow River JN150 (8-ton load), Beijing BJ130 (2-ton load) and Beijing BK560 (large-scale trolley bus) have appeared successively in common models. To this end, we made a survey on the use of half-shafts of 12 domestic models (see Table 1). It was found that the failure of the early failure of the semi-shaft failure was mainly due to improper technology, resulting in the strength of the semi-shaft failed to give full play to the results.
