采用不同直径的砂粒做屏障检测尖唇散白蚁的穿越能力。结果表明，直径1．00～3．50mm的砂粒层对尖唇散白蚁均有阻隔作用，其中以直径1．00～2．50mm的砂粒层对尖唇散白蚁阻隔作用最强。野外试验1．5～7个月表明，用直径1．00～2．50mm的砂粒做成10cm厚的防护层能完全阻隔尖唇散白蚁穿越为害。
Using different diameters of sand as a barrier to detect the crossing lip of termites. The results showed that the sand layer with the diameter of 1.00-3.50mm had the barrier function to the termites, and the sand layer with the diameter of 1.00-2.50mm had the strongest blocking effect on the termites. Field experiments 1.5 to 7 months showed that with a diameter of 1.00 ~ 2.50mm sand made of 10cm thick protective layer can completely block the tip of the verrucous termite infestation.
