美国土木工程师协会将美国境内大坝和堤防工程的等级评估为D级,表明状况极其糟糕。随着流域下游经济的发展和人口数量的增长,大坝带来的风险和危害也逐渐增大。因此,不仅要增强对大坝维护和运营的监督力度以及加大资金投入,还应制定应急计划,防范大坝老化风险的发生,以保障美国经济繁荣。介绍了美国大坝及水利基础设施的现状及其等级评估情况和改进措施。
The American Society of Civil Engineers rated the dam and embankment projects in the United States as Grade D, indicating that the situation was extremely poor. With the economic development and population growth in the lower reaches of the basin, the risks and hazards caused by the dam also gradually increase. Therefore, it is necessary to not only enhance the supervision over the maintenance and operation of the dam and increase capital investment, but also formulate contingency plans to prevent the risk of dam aging and ensure the economic prosperity of the United States. The status quo of the dam and its water conservancy infrastructure in the United States and its grade assessment and improvement measures are introduced.
