作者报道一例49岁库兴氏征女患者,由静脉注入14C皮质醇,在中央池(即组织间隙)内半寿期为6.2分钟(正常为4.1—5.2分钟),在周围池(即血浆)内半寿期为71.8分钟(正常为77—173分)。患者施行了双侧肾上腺切除术,术后临床症状渐改善。术前血浆CBG(皮质醇结合球旦白)结合力正常,但经电镜检查证实其亲合力下降。术后一年病人血浆结合力已上升到1.38umol/L但无术前的数据。病人在补充疗法下生活正常至今七年。
The authors reported a 49-year-old Cushing’s syndrome patient who was injected with 14C cortisol intravenously. The half-life in the central pool (that is, the interstitial space) was 6.2 minutes (normally 4.1-5.2 minutes) in the surrounding pool (ie, plasma). The internal half life is 71.8 minutes (normally 77-173 points). Patients underwent bilateral adrenalectomy, and clinical symptoms improved gradually after surgery. The preoperative plasma CBG (Cortisol bound to Sulfur White) had normal binding force, but its avidity was confirmed by electron microscopy. One year after surgery, the patient’s plasma binding capacity has risen to 1.38umol/L but no preoperative data. The patient has been living normally for seven years under supplementary therapy.
