斜齿轮和螺旋齿轮导程的测量有很多种方法,如按齿距测量,以螺旋角计算等。这些方法操作既不方便且测得的数值也不够精确,因而直接影响齿轮啮合质量。为此,我们制造了一架专门测量导程用的测量仪,测量仪构造简单、精确度高、操作方便。由于初次制造,所以精度较差,测得的数值不够准确,平均在100~200公厘导程内误差为1~1.5公厘,螺旋角误差为3'~4'之间,这数值较接近于2~3级齿轮螺旋角的测量误差(1'~2'),但比常用的几种测量误差要小。用它测量一般齿轮连计算时间在内也不超过15分
There are many ways to measure helical and helical gear leads, such as pitch measurement, helix angle calculation, and more.
