低碳经济是经济发展的碳排放量和生态环境代价及社会经济成本最低的绿色经济,是应对气候变暖的必然选择。发展低碳经济,实现低碳发展,是可持续发展的迫切要求和战略任务。为此,要建立以低碳经济为核心的企业价值观,转变经营理念;建立健全法规规章制度,引导企业发展低碳经济;构建企业低碳管理与企业绩效评价挂钩的评价体系;加强低碳技术创新,形成低碳与无碳经济技术体系。
