2003年2月19日至20日,中日渔业联合委员会第四届年会和中日渔业高级别磋商第一次会议在日本东京召开,以农业部渔业局局长杨坚为代表的中方代表团与以日本国农林水产省水产厅长官木下宽之为代表的日方代表团参加了会议。双方对2003年执行《中日渔业协定》的有关问题达成了一致意见,在两国共同关心的双边和多边渔业领域的相关问题上取得了积极成果,开创了两国渔业友好关系的新局面。两国外交部门均派代表参加了会议。
From February 19 to February 20, 2003, the first annual meeting of the Sino-Japanese Joint Commission on Fisheries and the first high-level consultation on fisheries held by China and Japan were held in Tokyo, Japan. The Chinese delegation represented by Yang Jian, director of the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, The Japanese delegation, represented by the governor of Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Fisheries Department Koshiro Akimoto, attended the meeting. The two sides reached agreement on the implementation of the “Sino-Japanese Fisheries Agreement” in 2003 and made positive achievements on the relevant issues in the bilateral and multilateral fisheries fields of common concern between the two countries, opening up a new phase in the friendly relations between fisheries of the two countries. The diplomatic departments of both countries sent representatives to the meeting.
