渍害是全世界普遍发生的农作物自然灾害,耐渍鉴定及评价是作物耐渍种质资源筛选和耐渍新品种培育的首要条件。对此,从耐渍鉴定方法、耐渍鉴定指标、耐渍性级别划分方法以及耐渍性评价常用统计方法等四方面进行了整理和总结。并针对鉴定中存在影响因素多、评价中耐渍型与亲水型难区分等问题,提出了多生育阶段、目标性状指标、分子生物学方法揭示耐渍机制、结合其他优异性状综合鉴定和评价作物耐渍性的建议。
