提出了轮式装载机车架这一工程结构件的现代强度及刚度设计方法, 包括确定基础结构、载荷计算工况、计算模型和约束条件等方法。将现代设计方法与实验测试方法作了分析与比较, 计算结果与实测结果具有良好的一致性, 证明该方法的先进性, 同样也适用于其它工程机械。
The modern strength and stiffness design method of the wheel-loader frame, which is an engineering structure, is proposed, which includes determining the basic structure, load calculation conditions, calculation models and constraints. The modern design method and the experimental test method are analyzed and compared, the calculated results are in good agreement with the measured results, and the advanced method of the method is also applicable to other construction machinery.
