随着收入水平提高,消费结构升级,居民对二套房的需求明显增强,但近年来信贷政策收紧,使得房价持续走低。不过,近来信贷政策开始有所松动,尤其对二套房贷款政策的修改,房价开始企稳回升。本文探讨了二套房新政背景下房贷市场现状、存在的风险及相应的应对措施。
With the improvement of income level and the upgrading of consumption structure, residents’ demand for second-home apartments has obviously increased. However, the tightening of credit policies in recent years has caused housing prices to go down continuously. However, the credit policy has started to loosen up recently. In particular, the revision of the loan policy for the Second Suite has started to stabilize and the price of housing starts to pick up. This article explores the real estate mortgage market under the background of the Second Suite New Deal, the existing risks and the corresponding countermeasures.
