热处理对激光沉积修复GH4169合金残余应力和拉伸性能的影响

研究了感应加热局部热处理和真空炉整体热处理对激光沉积修复GH4169合金修复件残余应力和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,激光沉积修复GH4169合金修复件经直接时效热处理后,组织特征变化不大,具有较强生长取向性的外延枝晶组织特征,但枝晶间Laves相出现了部分溶解,残余应力明显消减,拉伸强度显著提高。相比沉积态修复件,局部热处理后残余应力平均降低了33%以上,拉伸强度达到了锻件水平的86%以上;真空热处理后残余应力平均降低了43%以上,拉伸强度达到了锻件水平。 The effects of induction heating and vacuum furnace heat treatment on the residual stress and tensile properties of repaired GH4169 alloy by laser deposition were studied. The results show that the laser induced deposition of GH4169 alloy restored the characteristics of epitaxial dendrites after direct aging heat treatment, but the Laves phase was partially dissolved and the residual stress was significantly reduced , Tensile strength increased significantly. The residual stress decreased by more than 33% and the tensile strength reached more than 86% of the forgings after the local heat treatment compared with the as-deposited ones. The residual stress decreased by more than 43% on average after the heat treatment and the tensile strength reached the forgings .
