目的:探索吴茱萸药材中吴茱萸碱及吴茱萸次碱的超声提取中试工艺研究。方法:以吴茱萸碱及吴茱萸次碱为指标,运用中试型超声提取设备提取吴茱萸碱及吴茱萸次碱,研究提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度对提取率的影响,并与常规回流提取比较。结果:中试型超声提取吴茱萸碱及吴茱萸次碱最佳的工艺条件为提取温度60℃,超声时间80 min,提取溶剂70%乙醇,液固比15∶1(ml/g)。结论:中试型超声提取吴茱萸碱及吴茱萸次碱具有提取温度低、提取时间短、节省能耗、降低生产成本等方面的优点。
OBJECTIVE: To study the process of ultrasonic extraction of evodiamine and rutacarpine in Wuyi herbs. METHODS: Evodiamine and rutacarpine were used as indices to evaluate the effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, and ethanol concentration on the extraction rate of evodiamine and rutacarpine using a pilot-scale ultrasonic extraction device. Results: The optimum conditions for the extraction of evodiamine and rutacarpine by pilot-scale ultrasonic extraction were extraction temperature 60 °C, sonication time 80 min, extraction solvent 70% ethanol, liquid-solid ratio 15:1 (ml/g). Conclusion: The pilot-scale ultrasonic extraction of evodiamine and rutacarpine has the advantages of low extraction temperature, short extraction time, saving energy consumption, and reducing production cost.
