以提高机载设备的正向设计能力为牵引,以提升机载设备CTSO取证试飞验证能力为目标,分析我国民机机载设备取证需求,开展机载设备CTSO取证飞行试验平台规划、平台设计及试验项目设计研究,为优化我国自主研制的机载设备提供试验环境和数据支撑,全面提高机载设备的技术成熟度,形成具有自主知识产权的、自主可控的民机机载设备,逐步扩大民机机载设备在国内民机的市场占有率,从而发展壮大国内自己的民机机载产业,为国内机载设备制造商参与民机研发制造、融入世界航空产业链奠定基础。
In order to improve the forward design capability of airborne equipment as a traction and enhance the CTSO certification test capability of airborne equipment as the target, this paper analyzes the requirements of civil aircraft airborne equipment foreclosure and carries out the CTSO forensics flight test platform planning, platform design and Test project design and research, in order to optimize China’s self-developed airborne equipment to provide experimental environment and data support, to enhance the technical maturity of airborne equipment, the formation of independent intellectual property rights, autonomously controllable civil aircraft airborne equipment, and gradually expand Civil aircraft airborne equipment in the domestic market share of civil aircraft, thereby developing and expanding its domestic civil aircraft carrier industry, for the domestic airborne equipment manufacturers to participate in research and development of civil aircraft manufacturing, integration into the world aviation industry chain and lay the foundation.
