This is a group that needs attention. As China’s rural economy transitions, a new group is born - left-behind children. According to the relevant statistics, there are over 20 million left-behind children in our country, of which 86.5% are below 14 years of age. According to the calculation of 360 million children nationwide, one out of every 18 children can not live with their parents. This is a lost family area. The city of Bahu, one of the four ancient cities of Ba Shu, is located in the southwestern part of Chengdu Plain, an old revolutionary base area and a labor export base county in Sichuan Province. The total population of the city is 650,000. In 2005, the number of foreign workers in Qionglai City reached 116,000, and the labor service output reached 470 million yuan. Nearly 100,000 primary and secondary school students, 58,625 rural students and 10,186 left-behind students were employed.
