With the continuous promotion of a learning society, the professional development of English teachers has gradually become an important part of the development of a school-based society. In order to improve the professional competence of English teachers, it is necessary to make full use of the content of learning organization theory and to improve the personal professional qualities of English teachers by improving relevant reading panels, which will eventually promote self-transcendence and professionalism of English teachers.
