欧盟在推动区域国际私法统一化的进程中一直走在世界的前列,以1968年《布鲁塞尔公约》为基础的布鲁塞尔体系,对于管辖权的分配和促进判决在欧盟境内“自由流动”提供了统一的规则。2012年,欧盟委员会公布了重新修订后的《布普塞尔条例I》,此次修订与旧条例相比主要是废除了判决执行的先审查程序,有限地扩大了条例管辖权的范围,优化了平行诉讼的有关规定。
The EU has been at the forefront of the world in promoting the unification of private international law in the region.
