项目背景与动因深圳、江苏、沈阳、唐山走在绿色建筑最前面随着3600万套保障房开工建设,“绿色保障房”成为一时热点,规模庞大、政府主导、信号强烈、方向清晰,构成了绿色保障房的典型特征。作为全国最早提出建设绿色建筑之都的城市,深圳2010年率先在国内强制推行保障性住房绿色建筑标准建设,未来五年内,深圳24万套保障性住房将全部按绿色建筑标准建设。
