本文主要阐述顾客满意以及第三方物流的基本知识,并且对现代企业进行顾客满意分析的必要性和重要性进行了论述。此外,指出了我国现在第三方物流业的现状和存在的问题,由此得出我国第三方物流企业进行顾客满意分析具有重大现实意义的结论。
This article mainly elaborates the basic knowledge of customer satisfaction and third-party logistics, and discusses the necessity and importance of modern enterprise customer satisfaction analysis. In addition, the status quo and existing problems of the third-party logistics industry in our country are pointed out. It is concluded that the third-party logistics companies in our country have a significant practical significance in the analysis of customer satisfaction.
