谵妄是一种严重、持续、尚未解决的心理或精神状态,有人统计外科病人发生轻重不等的谵妄者,约20.7%至50%左右.(?)的预后也欠佳。Weddington的研究证实.不少患者的谵妄与药物中毒、毒性物质、贫血、感染、电解质失衡或氮质血症有关,另外社会环境和某些心理因素对发生谵妄也有直接影响。手术前患者焦虑比较严重,对手术要求过高甚至拒绝手术的患者,术后心理方面的合并症就比较高。
Delirium is a serious, persistent, unresolved mental or mental state, some statistics of surgical patients with varying severity of delirium, about 20.7% to 50%. (?) The prognosis is also poor. Weddington’s study confirmed that many patients with delirium and drug poisoning, toxic substances, anemia, infection, electrolyte imbalance or azotemia, the other social environment and some psychological factors have a direct impact on the occurrence of delirium. Patients with preoperative anxiety is more serious, demanding surgery or even refuse surgery in patients with psychological complications after surgery is relatively high.
