用A1/Ti/A1复合层真空连接Si3N4陶瓷,研究了A1与Ti的匹配和工艺参数对接头显微组织及强度的影响。结果表明,当A1与Ti的匹配合理且采用适当的连接工艺时,A1与Si3N4和A1与Ti的相互扩散和反应可分别获得牢固的结合界面和以A13Ti耐高温相为主的焊缝金属,获得性能良好的陶瓷接头;Ti的厚度、连接温度和保温时间直接影响接头强度,当这些参数组合适当时,接头剪切强度在室温及600℃可分别达到89.4MPa和29.4MPa。
Si3N4 ceramics were vacuum-connected with A1 / Ti / A1 composite layers. The effects of Al and Ti matching and process parameters on the microstructure and strength of the joints were investigated. The results show that the interdiffusion and reaction between A1 and Si3N4, A1 and Ti can obtain the strong bonding interface and the weld metal mainly composed of A13Ti high temperature phase when the matching of A1 and Ti is reasonable and the proper connection process is adopted. The ceramic joints with good properties were obtained. The thickness, connection temperature and holding time of Ti directly affect the joint strength. When the combination of these parameters is appropriate, the joint shear strength can reach 89.4MPa and 29.4MPa respectively at room temperature and 600 ℃.
