医院之间的竞争日趋激烈,这其中相当一部分医院的管理者,采取了急功近利的手段,对复杂多变的环境缺乏战略分析和思考,因而造成医院的发展缺乏长远的前景与目标。本期的一组文章即是针对医院如何制定自身发展战略和战略管理的问题而出发,作者认为医院应该对所处的市场地位进行准确的定位,明确自身的优势和劣势,认清环境的变化、发展的机会和存在的威胁,切实制定行之有效的战略管理规划,致力于改善组织机制和运行机制,只有这样才能塑造真正属于自己医院所有的核心竞争力。
The competition between hospitals has become increasingly fierce. The managers of a large number of hospitals have adopted quick success and short-term approaches, and lack of strategic analysis and reflection on the complex and changeable environment. As a result, the development of the hospital lacks long-term prospects and goals. A group of articles in this issue is aimed at how hospitals develop their own development strategies and strategic management issues. The author believes that hospitals should accurately position themselves in the market, clarify their own advantages and disadvantages, and recognize the changes in the environment. , development opportunities and threats that exist, effectively formulate effective strategic management plans, and work to improve organizational and operational mechanisms. Only in this way can we shape the core competitiveness that truly belongs to our hospital.
