针对当前智能高频开关开发需要,提出一种DSP数字化高频开关电源系统。文章首先提出本文的设计目标和系统基本参数要求;其次,结合数字化开关工作原理,提出文章开关电源的控制思想,即采用全桥型DC-DC直流变换器对高频电源开关进行控制;再次,从硬件角度对系统整体架构和主要功能模块进行设计。从软件角度,分别对系统主控制程序进行设计,同时提出一种基于模糊PID的PWM波形控制调节算法。最后对系统的调试,可基本满足设计要求。
According to the current development needs of smart high-frequency switch, a DSP digital high-frequency switching power supply system is proposed. First of all, this paper presents the design goals of the system and the basic system requirements; Secondly, combined with the working principle of the digital switch, the article put forward the control idea of the article switching power supply, that is, using the full-bridge DC-DC converter to control the high-frequency power switch; From the hardware point of view of the overall system architecture and the main function module design. From the software point of view, the system main control program is designed respectively, and a PWM waveform control algorithm based on fuzzy PID is proposed. Finally, the system debugging, can basically meet the design requirements.
