用免疫荧光(IF)法检查流行性出血热(EHF)抗体,设备复杂,不易在基层单位普及,因而妨碍防治工作的开展。1968年Avrames曾用免疫过氧化物酶技术(IPT)作另外一些抗原及抗体的检查,1976年Schmidt用IPT检查腺病毒及粘病毒的细胞中抗原,Gerna用IPT测定了风疹及巨细胞病毒的抗体。本文参照上述方法并略作改进,进行了EHF抗体的检测,同时在敏感性、特异性及符合率上与IF方法进行了比较。
Anti-epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) antibodies are detected by the immunofluorescence (IF) method. The equipment is complex and difficult to popularize in the grass-roots units, thus preventing the prevention and control work. In 1968, Avrames used immunoperoxidase (IPT) for the detection of other antigens and antibodies. In 1976, Schmidt used IPT to examine antigens in the cells of adenovirus and myxovirus. Gerna used IPT to determine the presence of rubella and cytomegalovirus antibody. This article with reference to the above method and slightly improved, the detection of EHF antibodies, while the sensitivity, specificity and compliance with the IF method were compared.
