本研究建立了基因芯片检测我国检疫性细菌水稻白叶枯病菌、水稻细菌性条斑病菌和柑桔溃疡病菌。以RNA多聚酶西格玛因子(RNA polymerase sigma factor,rpoD)基因为靶标,设计了一对通用引物和3条特异性探针能够同时检测这3种重要的病原菌。检测结果表明:建立的基因芯片检测方法特异性强,能实现上述3种黄单胞菌的准确检测,为植物致病菌的检测提供了理想手段,有良好的应用前景。
This study established a gene chip detection of quarantine bacterial leaf blight bacteria, rice bacterial leaf streak and citrus canker bacteria. With RNA polymerase sigma factor (rpoD) gene as a target, a pair of universal primers and three specific probes were designed to simultaneously detect the three important pathogenic bacteria. The test results show that the established method of gene chip detection has strong specificity and can accurately detect the three kinds of Xanthomonas, which provides an ideal method for the detection of plant pathogenic bacteria and has good application prospect.
