网络美术馆是一种新兴的美术教育平台,美术的教育水平代表一个国家的文化发展程度,是国家和民族文化传承的载体,能够激发民族地区文化成果的传承和发扬。新兴的网络美术馆不仅是社会美术教育的场所,而且是学校美术教育的重要资源。网络美术馆在美术教育界中的影响非常重大。现阶段我国网络美术馆的建设拘束在实体店下,对公共资源教育方面的涉及不多,在时代发展而人民需求不断提升的情况下,网络美术馆的开发势在必行。本文主要介绍目前网络美术馆公共教育资源的开发情况以及应对的一系列措施。
