日前,公交集团公司召开了二届四次职工代表大会,150名正式职工代表和37名列席代表参加了会议。集团公司党委书记、董事长王春杰,总经理朱凯出席会议。工会主席刘润芳主持大会。职代会上审议通过了《公共电汽车工人岗位绩效工资制实施办法(2016年修订)》等10个实施办法、考核方案和指导意见,并要求各核心层单位,要认真贯彻执行职代会通过的新修订的工资制度;市场化单位要通过自身的努力,提高经营效益,按规定要求,调整完善工资分配制度。全系统各单位要结合集团公司绩效考核体系
