伴随着我国当前国有企业改革的不断深化与发展,我国煤炭企业目前已经逐步建立企业一套人力资源管理机制,为我国煤炭事业的发展提供了强大的动力支持。但是,就我国目前煤炭企业的人力资源管理现状来看,仍然存在一些不足之处亟待完善。基于这一现状,笔者就我国煤炭企业的人力资源管理问题进行深入分析与论述,以期能够对我国煤炭企业人力资源管理的持续健康发展提供一点可借鉴之处。
With the continuous deepening and development of the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country, China’s coal enterprises have gradually established a set of human resources management mechanism for enterprises, which has provided powerful motive support for the development of China’s coal industry. However, judging from the current situation of human resources management in China’s coal enterprises, some shortcomings still need to be improved urgently. Based on this situation, the author carries out in-depth analysis and discussion on the human resources management issues of China’s coal enterprises in order to provide a reference to the sustained and healthy development of human resources management in China’s coal enterprises.
