患者凌某,男,11岁。颈后、耳后被野蜂螫伤后约五分钟时,感头昏、头重、头痛、头皮麻木、口干。续之两眼发黑,心里难受,有“死亡”恐惧感,旋昏倒地,口吐白沫,全身出现紫绀,呼之不应,不省人事。即被送我医院门诊抢救。同时被螫的几位同学并无以上常症状。体检:神志不清,呼吸浅表,血压脉搏测不到,口吐白沫,四肢厥凉,全身严重紫绀,两测瞳孔不等大(左>右),对光反应消失,小便失禁,心率快而弱。心电图表现,窦性心动过速,心率155次,Ⅲ、
