目的建立合适的同种异体肢体移植动物模式,研究X线照射供体对异体肢体移植的影响。方法Wistar大鼠为供者,SD大鼠为受者。按供者是否进行一次性X线照射(5 Gy)预处理将受者分为非照射组与照射组。切除SD大鼠的相应肢体,将Wistar大鼠的肢体移植给SD大鼠。术后长效青霉素抗炎治疗,观察宿主及移植物的变化情况。结果共进行大鼠异体肢体移植16例(非照射组与照射组各8例),非照射组成功6例,移植肢体存活时间为(12.0±2.4) d;照射组成功7例,移植肢体成活时间为(24.7±8.1) d,两组移植物的存活时间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论X线照射供体可明显延长移植物的存活时间,对急性排斥反应有显著的防治作用。
Objective To establish a suitable animal model of allograft limb transplantation to study the effects of X-ray irradiation on allograft limbs. Methods Wistar rats as donors, SD rats as recipients. The recipients were divided into non-irradiation group and irradiation group according to whether the donor pre-treated with X-ray irradiation (5 Gy). The corresponding limbs of SD rats were excised and the limbs of Wistar rats were transplanted to SD rats. After long-acting penicillin anti-inflammatory treatment, observe the changes of the host and graft. Results 16 cases of allogeneic limbs transplantation were performed in rats (8 cases in non-irradiation group and 8 cases in irradiation group), 6 cases in non-irradiation group and 12.0 ± 2.4 days in transplantation group, 7 cases in irradiation group and 5 cases in transplantation group The time was (24.7 ± 8.1) d, there was significant difference between the two groups of graft survival time (P <0.05). Conclusion X-ray irradiation can significantly prolong the survival time of grafts and has a significant preventive and therapeutic effect on acute rejection.
