对气管内套管进行手工或机械清洗后质量检测发现清洗不彻底,返洗率高,对灭菌质量构成潜在感染隐患。为探求内套管最佳手工清洗方法,于2013年10-12月对神经外科不锈钢气管内套管分别进行了4种手工清洗方法及效果比较。1方法1.1清洗方法将回收后气管内套管按4种方法手工清洗,每种方法至少进行15个工作日,套管清洗检测数每种方法均为135个,记录清洗结果,比较不同方法清洗
Endobronchial tube after manual or mechanical cleaning quality testing found that cleaning is not complete, backwash rate, the potential quality of the hidden infection infection.
