应用数字图像处理技术和MATLAB图像处理工具,对WC-Co硬质合金的WC骨架进行提取,建立微观结构模型并进行有限元分析。依据灰度直方图选取阈值101进行图像二值化处理,选取5×5像素的方形模块对图片进行中值滤波,应用Sobel边缘检测算法得到了与原始数字图片相近的图形边界,经修正和矢量化处理,得到微观结构模型。将微观结构模型导入商业软件ABAQUS建立有限元分析模型,对模型的三点弯曲过程进行数值模拟。计算结果表明:模拟值与实验值吻合较好,可以对硬质合金横向断裂强度作出有效的预测。
The WC skeleton of WC-Co cemented carbide was extracted by using digital image processing technology and MATLAB image processing tool. The microstructure model was established and analyzed by finite element method. According to the histogram of the gray histogram, the threshold value 101 is selected for image binarization. The 5 × 5 pixel square module is selected for median filtering. Sobel edge detection algorithm is used to obtain the graphic boundary similar to the original digital image. The corrected and vector Processing, get the microstructure model. The microstructure model was imported into the commercial software ABAQUS to establish the finite element analysis model and simulate the three-point bending process of the model. The calculated results show that the simulated values are in good agreement with the experimental values, and the transverse rupture strength of cemented carbide can be effectively predicted.
