[目的]深入探讨烟叶中氨基酸与内在质量的关系,对于进一步采取措施提高烟叶质量意义重大。[方法]在大理州南涧县研究了不同氨基酸含量的复合肥对红花大金元农艺性状、经济性状以及内在化学成分的影响。[结果]施用氨基酸含量为10%的复合肥处理的烟株封顶10 d后最大叶面积比对照高109.05 cm2;烤后烟叶产值为39 134.16元/hm2,比施用不含氨基酸的复合肥处理高2.32%,比施用氨基酸含量为7.5%的复合肥处理(产值最低)高5.39%;施用氨基酸含量为10%的复合肥处理的烟株初烤后的烟叶整体协调性表现最佳,各内在化学成分均处于优质烤烟烟叶范围内。[结论]施用氨基酸含量为10%的复合肥较好地促进了烤烟的生长发育,提高了烤烟的产量,改善了其烟叶的品质。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to explore in depth the relationship between amino acids and intrinsic quality in tobacco leaves, which is of great significance for further measures to improve the quality of tobacco leaves. [Method] The effects of compound fertilizers with different amino acid contents on the agronomic characters, economic characters and internal chemical components of Da Hua Yuan were studied in Nanjian County, Dali Prefecture. [Result] The maximum leaf area after 10 days of application of compound fertilizer with amino acid content was 109.05 cm2 higher than that of the control; the output value of cured tobacco was 39 134.16 yuan / hm2, which was higher than that of compound fertilizer without amino acids 2.32%, which was 5.39% higher than the compound fertilizer with amino acid content of 7.5% (lowest value); the tobacco with the compound fertilizer with amino acid content of 10% had the best overall coordination after initial roasting, Ingredients are in the range of high-quality tobacco leaves. [Conclusion] The application of compound fertilizer with amino acid content of 10% promoted the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco well, increased the yield of flue-cured tobacco and improved the quality of tobacco leaves.
