作为企业老板,不知你是否曾为遭遇个性员工而烦恼:公司内的骨干员工和自己因为工作冲突而吵了起来,并且这已经不是第一次了,作为老板,自己的权威遭到员工的挑战;公司的个别员工从来不加班,即便其他员工都在加班,但也从来不迟到、不早退;个别员工不按《员工手册》要求着装、打扮自己,装束过于个性,行为举止也很怪异;个别员工总是很固执于自己的方法或想法,不愿意采纳团队其他人的意见……其实,遭遇个性员工的企业老板不在少数,管理个性员工成为企业人力资源管理环节中的一个具有普遍性的问题。
