对道德概念的理解必须对“道”与“德”进行生态式诠释。“道”是“德”的前提,“德”是“道”的分享,个体必须既有“道”又有“德”才具有道德。道德感的式微与道德践履的日渐缺失已成为当下社会遭遇的普遍困境。这既是传统思想对现代个体道德感的消解,也是市场经济条件下追名逐利对“道”的僭越,更是现时代多种思潮相互激荡的结果。个体道德的重塑与道德社会的重构必须基于“道—德”的生态理论范式。一是要完善道德教育,积极培育现代人的道德感;二是要建立奖惩机制,形成“德—得”生态的良性循环;三是要净化社会环境,形成“遵道贵德”的良好社会风尚。从而,在“道—德”的生态互动中达到个体与社会至善。
