Al(Ⅲ)水杨醛苯甲酰腙荧光体系,在Ni(Ⅱ)的存在下,荧光发生熄灭现象。Ni(Ⅱ)量在10-8~10-6M范围内,体系的荧光强度与其含量呈良好的线性关系,检测眼达10-8M级。此法测定Ni(Ⅱ)比原子吸收光谱法(10-7M)和比色法(10-6M)灵敏度高。
Al (Ⅲ) salicylaldehyde benzoyl hydrazone fluorescence system, in the presence of Ni (Ⅱ), fluorescence quenching phenomenon. The Ni (Ⅱ) content in the range of 10-8 ~ 10-6M, the fluorescence intensity of the system and its content showed a good linear relationship, the detection of eye up to 10-8M level. This method is more sensitive than atomic absorption spectrometry (10-7M) and colorimetric method (10-6M) for Ni (Ⅱ).
