本文通过正交试验设计对生抗１号产生菌金色链霉菌的培养基和培养条件进行了筛选，找到该菌的最佳培养基和最适生长条件。
In this paper, the culture medium and culture conditions of Streptococcus mutans of Shengkang-1 were screened through orthogonal experimental design, and the best culture medium and optimum growth conditions of the strain were found out.
