下颌骨肿瘤切除后采用自体骨移植及时整复骨缺损,已为临床广泛采用;但由于中断血循环、植骨块必经骨残端及骨膜内成骨细胞的爬行取代过程,最终被更替。1980年我科收治3例下颌骨造釉细胞瘤,术中采用游离肋骨瓣及时整复骨缺损,均获成功,随访1年,效果良好。病例介绍例1:曹××,男,24岁,农民。住院号:50821。因左侧下颌骨造釉细胞瘤伴感染入院,炎症控制后,于1980年5月6日在气管内插管麻醉下,施行左侧髁突颈下至颏孔前缘之下颌骨大部切除术。术中切取右
Autologous bone graft and bone defect repair after mandibular tumor resection has been widely used in clinical practice.
