呼吸机报修数据的分析可以为临床医护人员安全、可靠使用呼吸机提供有价值的参考信息。本文对两种型号呼吸机的临床报修记录进行了分类统计,并使用风险分析的方法,找出各故障类型失效率曲线的分布规律和变化趋势。而这些分布特点与两种型号呼吸机的性能、使用环境、人为因素等密切相关。使用风险分析的方法,结合呼吸机报修数据的分类统计可以发现呼吸机报修的分布规律,对临床使用和医学工程保障有一定的参考价值。
Ventilator repair data analysis can provide valuable reference information for the safety and reliable use of ventilator by clinicians. In this paper, the clinical repair records of two types of ventilators were classified and statistically analyzed. The risk analysis method was used to find out the distribution rules and trends of the failure rate curves. The distribution of these two types of ventilator performance, use of the environment, human factors are closely related. Using the method of risk analysis, combined with the classification statistics of ventilator repair data, we can find the distribution regularity of ventilator repair, which has certain reference value for clinical use and medical engineering support.
