为实现两异径圆管相贯的理想焊接,需要对相贯线的切割轨迹进行控制,加工出满足一定精度要求的相贯曲线。首先,通过齐次坐标变换建立了两异径圆管偏置斜交的空间相贯线的数学模型,并将其展成平面曲线;再利用MATLAB对空间相贯曲线及其平面展开曲线进行仿真,验证了曲线模型的正确性。最后,依据等间距原理,VB编程实现了直线逼近平面展开曲线并生成相应的数控加工代码,为相贯线的研究设计奠定了技术基础。
In order to achieve the ideal welding of the two different-diameter circular tubes, it is necessary to control the cutting trajectory of the intersecting lines and to process the intersecting curves which meet the requirements of certain accuracy. Firstly, the mathematical model of the space intersection of two different-diameter circular tube bias skew is established by homogeneous coordinate transformation, and then the mathematical model of the space intersection line is developed. Then the simulation model of the space intersection curve and its plane expansion curve is simulated by MATLAB , Verify the correctness of the curve model. Finally, based on the equidistance principle, VB programming realizes the linear approximation plane expansion curve and generates the corresponding NC machining code, which lays the technical foundation for the research design of the intersection line.
