The Empire State Building has completed its 78th birthday. This building at 350 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York, USA is still a New York landmark. The old seasons did not allow it to withdraw from the stage of history, and since 2008, the building renovation work in the introduction of the concept of energy-saving emission reduction, the Empire State Building to regain youth. According to the renovation plan, the Empire State Building will realize an accumulated emission reduction of about 110,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide and generate a net present value of about 22,000,000 U.S. dollars in the next 15 years.
