本文利用矮孟牛中一种新型小麦 -黑麦复杂易位 IRS· 7DS,1BL· 7DL与 1BL· 1RS易位所构建的一套重组自交系 (包括 10 9个 F6株系 )和 8个矮孟牛衍生品种进行了分析 ,结果表明在 10 9个F6株系中 ,纯合复杂易位占 69个 ,纯合 1BL· 1RS占 36个 ,二者比例约 2∶ 1,杂合类型占 4个 ,出现频率 4 / 10 9;对矮孟牛 8个衍生品种的分析表明 ,6个品种包含来自矮孟牛的复杂易位 ,占供试品种75 % ,1个品种为 1BL· 1RS,另 1个品种染色体结构正常。小麦 -黑麦复杂易位可以稳定传递给杂交后代 ,并具有明显高于 1BL· 1RS的传递频率
